My dinner tonight:

One small sliced apple
One serving baby carrots
14 low-sodium ritz crackers
2 oz. sliced white cheddar
one large headless/tailless sardine in oil
1 oz. chopped avocado
3 almond-stuffed green olives

That was yum, and pretty easy. The sort of thing I should put together for lunch every day.
