I am grateful to my company for giving me good healthcare and for accomodating my legal right to worker’s comp and disability leave. After nearly a year of lower back pain in my chair at work I have finally been granted three weeks off, paid, to take care of my back and deliver it from the pain of the sedentary chair.

Three weeks!

I am going to be so active. That is the whole idea. No sitting around. Getting things done, productivity, healing. Can’t wait.
