Instead of studying and doing my French homework last night, I went to a baseball game at “SBC” Park.
But it was worth it. It was a dominant win for the Giants over the hated Dodgers. Lots of big hits, home runs, and great pitching. Final was 10-2, Giants. Plus we got hot dogs and garlic fries and hot coffee. Thanks again Stephen. It was another cold and foggy night in China Basin. The train ride home took ages, but I was met at the door by my wonderful man, who had a bad day yesterday and needed hugs and sleeps.
So overnight I dreamed a little in French, but I doubt that will teach me anything about when to use etre and when to use avoir. Sigh.

I’m apparently going to a Brewer’s game on friday, I’ll think of you.
I think my baseball joy came from the Cubs not getting swept in the Interleague series..
Dreaming in another language is a good sign, though. It’s a key step in learning.
