I worked out before lunch, then my blood sugar flatlined and I stuffed myself with tacos. MMMMM.
Oh and did you know: hormonal changes (basically getting older) cause the texture of your hair to evolve? At this new length it is dramatically apparent that my hair is now almost curly. Super wavy. I know it’s changed because I used to be able to wear it at this length all the time in a straight bob. Maybe it’s the cut? But my hair is almost Allison-like in its waviness. I am totally digging it.
I am still the only student in French class. Fine by me. I am learning a lot and I am told that one-on-one language instruction is quite valuable.

My stylist has a notion that your hair changes every 7 years. That jives with the hormonal theory, too.
