There’s a big work baseball game event next Tuesday at SBC Park — a bunch of my colleagues and I will be attending a Giants-Padres game. I have an extra ticket as my husband will be at class that night and doesn’t really loooove the baseball. Who wants to join me? Karen?
Work is weird today. I have nothing to do right now and the site is still very unstable. So instead I am going to get some tickets to see Kathy Griffin on New Year’s Eve in SF. Superfun. Hopefully I can also snag us some good restaurant reservations for beforehand.
Here is a list of things I bought whilst in Chicago:
+ White Sox cap and t-shirt. They didn’t have a Jermaine Dye shirt, dammit.
+ Kiehl’s hair styling “serum” to control the frizz. Purchased at Barney’s, oh la la!
+ Book of Chicago short stories, used, at Powell’s.
+ Book of handbag history, used, at Powell’s.
+ Newest issue of “Hobart,” at Quimby’s.
+ Bulga bag, medium, teal, pretty. Not sold anywhere in SF.
+ Emergency socks, at the aquarium gift shop.
+ Lots of CTA fares, worth it though.
+ Various food and drinkage
And now I should figure out what’s for lunch. um. possibly a cheese sandwich.

The new Hobart Pulp is good. Aaron & Elizabeth do fine work.
’83 SOX, WORD! Winning Ugly, fool!
Yeah I am about halfway through it, like it very much so far.
My new blue and red SOX tshirt is somewhat boobalicious, but it’ll do.
i totally want to meet you now that you’re back! maybe next week sometime at the ferry building?
Sure! That sounds good. Just email me: janehex at hotmail.
That would be fabulous, thank you. Anytime I get to eat garlic fries it’s a good day.
Yaaaay. I will email you the details.
