Last night I learned how to do a takedown on someone — that is, to throw someone to the ground using the leverage of their shoulder and my hip, kinda. I got to practice a few times on Brian. Heheh.
The rain sounded nice on my bedroom windows all night.

So is it hard to throw people? Is it true that it doesn’t matter if they’re way bigger than you, it’s just the move?
No, it’s not so hard at all. It’s just a matter of taking the person’s balance away, which is easier than you would think.
It helps if they aren’t too much taller than you are though, because that makes it easier to lock up their shoulder.
