Breakfast: small bowl of plain Cheerios in 2% milk, with fresh strawberries on top; cup of N’awlins coffee with half&half.
Lunch: tuna salad on whole plain wheat bread; celery and carrot sticks with peanut butter; a tangerine; water
Snack: six or eight Krispy Kreme donuts.

Damn you to hell with your plain cheerios! I looked for them today but I don’t think you can get them here. They only have honey nut or “4 grain”, which is sweetened. I have a hankerin’ for plain cheerios now! wah.
