I’m not that hungry this afternoon, but I got a little thing of tuna salad and some crackers anyway. Which I haven’t touched yet. This morning I ate an orange around 8am, then half of a sorta gross breakfast burrito around 10am. At 11:30 I went to the cutehead coffee cart and got a cheap and yummy mocha. Starbucks can kiss my ass. So, naturally by noon I didn’t really feel like eating. Oh well. Good not to eat when not actually hungry.
Sky is all blustery and blue today. Big giant sailboat clouds.
I bought this little notebook a couple weeks ago to keep track of my to-do lists and shopping lists and whatnot. It’s perfect for me. I want to buy ten of them. Not that I will.
On my list for tonight after work: stretching and a good walk around my ‘hood; load of laundry; writing; watch a DVD from Netflix; call a couple pals. Writing this stuff down does wonders for actually getting around to it.

No, I just put it in the fridge here at work. I am going to make it up at dinner! Maybe I make spaghetti. Or have some NIMAN DOGS!

Meatballs are so totally good. Except when I try to make them they kind of break apart. I likea to put the basil and whatnot in there. Perhaps they need some kind of binding agent. An egg?

Instead of meatballs, I plan to cook my sauce with CRUMBLED TOFU. It takes on the flavor of the sauce and it adds PROTEIN! Issall good.
On the side: huge artichoke.
