do vancouver first. then skip the states you have listed (they arent goin anywhere) and from vancouver go to victoria b.c.

trust me, its amazing. just take the ferry. youll feel like you are on some salty shore of england when you get there.

or just go to a salty shore of england. me? im going to spain.
