Gavin Newsom has officially gotten desperate.

His latest glossy junk mailer (I’ve now received 3) attempts to scare women into voting for him. It’s soooo fucking sad.

“Domestic violence is the leading cause of murder among San Francisco women! Only Newsom has a domestic violence policy!!”

What does that even MEAN? Of course he is implying that Matt Gonzalez does not have a “policy” and therefore doesn’t care? Or is FOR wife beating?? Wow, what a brave stand you’ve taken, fratboy; you’re against VIOLENCE! Wow. ONLY GAVIN WILL SAVE YOU FROM BEING KILLED!

This move is so transparent, so heavy-handed, so fucking cheap… it infuriates me. What a sleazeball. I hope he doesn’t really think that women are so stupid to think that Gavin “The Lost Baldwin Brother” Newsom of all people will swoop in and protect them. Jesus christ what a piece of yuppie trash.

The negative and distorted campaigning by the Democratic Party on behalf of this guy is really embarrassing, and making me really anxious for election day to come. Only ten more days. I may go see Gonzalez speak Monday night after work.
