Tonight after dinner, Brian and I met up with Christian and Christina at the Mint for some rockin karaoke fun. I thrilled the audience with my rendition of “Dreams” by the Cranberries (holiday appropriate) and enjoyed most of a very, very boozy Irish coffee.

Brian and I went to a matinee of “Bad Santa” this afternoon which was pretty funny. A classic, in fact.

After the movie, we fled back to my apartment where I made the non-traditional dinner of Indian-style chicken, and the traditional dessert of punkin pie and homemade whipped cream. Ahh.

I don’t have much else to write, as today was quite laid-back. We didn’t even get out of bed until 10:30 this morning. I had odd dreams of baseball and Seattle and old women trying on orthopedic shoes.

I am thankful for :
my sweet, caring, awesome boyfriend who always makes me smile.
my family, though they are so spread across the map.
my friends’ love and support and laughs.
having my health and a good job and nice place to live.
lots of other stuff.

Okay good night.
