Oh lord, slimjims are gross. Please let me never eat another.
Good beef jerky, well, that’s totally different.
Went to Gonzalez HQ today to drop off a donation and pick up a couple posters and a button. The place was buzzing with activity and excitement. It was great. I sure hope he wins. I really think he can. As I ride the bus through the city, I see Matt’s posters in so many windows. They are all over the Mission. I just hope all these people actually vote.
I stood at the bus stop with my posters and a few passing cars honked at me, their drivers giving me the thumbs up. Yay.
At home, I taped my new poster in the window next to the old, sun-bleached one. My apartment is chilly and I need to water my plants, do laundry, and otherwise relax.

Yayy! I wore my vote-for-Matt t-shirt beneath my academic-assistant stuffed shirt sweater at work the other day. Of course, being Boston, it made no real difference, but I figured the universe could use the woo-woo vibes being spread forth anyway. I will always be so proud of myself for getting to Gonzalez h.q. the day it opened and making some poor woman rush all the way to the other end of the huge building to grab a pile of t-shirts. Well, I mean, proud I was there the first day. Not so much about making the poor woman go digging through boxes and stuff.
