Last night I started feeling that weird dry feeling in my throat just before bed. I knew just what it meant, and sure enough, when I woke up early this morning, I had a very sore throat and achy bones. So I stayed home from work. About to go nap on the couch.

I don’t feel so bad now, but I know that it’s a great risk to not rest when ill — it means it will take twice as long to get better.

Ten week Accutane update: Still plugging along fine. About the same as last time — mostly clear except for a couple stubborn zits. No oiliness, of course. Some aches in the joints, which seems to be common. The weirdest is that a couple days ago I broke out in a small rash of itchy tiny zits on my neck, of all places. Who knows what that’s all about…

I will be done with Accutane by the end of January, I hope.
