I will start by stating for the record that I have the best boyfriend ever, dammit. It is a scientific fact which I have proved using science. From this gorgeous redhead I received:
I got some other wonderful gifts from wonderful people; Deeann gave me a Santa mug which I drank coffee from this morning, and bought me the pedicure which we enjoyed together on Friday. Brian’s mom gave me fleecy hat and gloves, and my Muni pass for next month. Heidi gave me a fruity red candle. Robyn brought me an amazing three-foot tall orchid covered with tigery flowers.
My mom sent me many cute tops to wear, and a pretty little bell which I hung from a door with a piece of ribbon. My dad gave me a new rice cooker. My brother gave me fifty bucks, heh.
There were other gifts and treats, but I can’t index them all. Everyone was so generous. And one of the best gifts of all was the snowfall Christmas eve and Christmas day, which I found out was Midland’s first real snow of the winter.
I had a swell holiday, and I hope you all did, too.
