Very good yoga class this morning but my left hip persists in hurting. I am afraid I will have to go see a specialist. Maybe acupuncture? I dunno. I don’t even know what’s wrong with it.
We went to Stockton yesterday for a seminar on bodyguarding/executive protection. It was really cool and nice to see all of our buyu from our sister dojo. Holy crap Stockton is dreary though. I don’t think you could pay me enough to live there. That goes for you, too, Fresno.
March 13 I’m going to an-all day Women Warrior training. It’s going to have horseback riding, swimming (water rescue), archery, knife throwing, and night ops. What a loooong day it will be. It won’t end until 11pm, and since the drive back takes two hours, I may ask if the girls I am going with would want to get a hotel room.
I made soup two nights ago. It’s about to be my lunch.

Oh, cool…can I sign up? I’m almost a woman, my lesbian friend tells me.
This reminds me of a great book I got my friend Ruby for x-mas – you should check it out. It’s called The Action Heroine’s Handbook.
Some of the subchapters:
How to Fight With Your Hands Cuffed
How to Escape When Kidnapped
How to Choke a Man with Your Bare Thighs
How to Seduce a Millionaire
How to Dring Someone Under the Table…
It’s full of camp value, but the instructions come from real experts in each field.
Re: warrior
Cool! I’ve already taken a couple of Womens Self-Defense seminars through my martial arts class, and learned how to get out of chokes and mounts, which was good to learn. Also how to throw men twice my size.
Plus I have been hanging out with a ninja for over a year, helping me to become my own deadly weapon!
(still a white belt though, so I’m not that badass yet 🙂
Re: warrior
You already are a deadly weapon, jokey smurf. I’m pretty excited for your trip to the kunoichi camp. I wish I was a woman so I could do all that fun stuff too.
Re: warrior
I will totally let you borrow one of my dresses and a wig. No one will ever know!
