HEY I’M BACK!
So I just ate lunch. It was a BLT on sliced sourdough with cheddah. Accompanied by a bunch of huge strawberries. Which rocks. But now that lunch is done, I have that pesky craving for SUGAR. I want a treat. It’s hard to resist here in this sugar-filled world I live in. But I will.
ME WANT COOKIE.
I have a bag of raw almonds and raw pistachio NUTMEAT here at my desk. Hee. Nutmeat. Anyway, they help with empty tummy, but not with sugar craving. I am such an addict.
I drank no coffee yesterday and by evening I was crabby and very sleepy. I will say it again: I am. An addict!

Did you get a no caffeine headache? I am trying to cut back myself… I had 2 coffees all day and I am jonesing for another. I will tackle the evil sugar after I have defeated fiendish caffeine.
