This is great. It’s strange to see and recognize places where I was more than 20 years ago. For example, we have funny pictures of my brother and I with our hands in the mouths of those lions. And I recognize the Asakusa shrine (no drag queens then). Anyway, thanks for sharing these!
Thank you for putting all of that up! LOVE the “battle” picture of you and Brian in front of the cherry trees, hee!
Did people have customized/fancy/designer sick masks? That was all the rage in Taiwan. You’ve motivated me to finish scanning my photos from that trip!
YAY! Very good. You guys are craxy photogenic.
Excellent!

Yr welcome, Noodle! Wish I could see those pics of you at he shrine… It was a nice one and we were the only ones there.
Great story and photos! I want to go back to Japan now.

All I saw were plain white sick masks. Saw quite a few of them. So weird how no one here does that. Kind of rude not to, when you think about it.
Awesome! Excellent blend of text and photos, if I do say so myself.
The cherry trees around here look exactly like the ones in your pictures, btw. They are just starting to drop their blossoms this week.
