This exercise ball makes a fabulous chair. I just sit here bouncing along, working on engaging my transverse muscles that run around my abdomen. Whee!

The A’s game is not on TV for some reason, but I am fine with listening on the radio because it means I can clean my room.

Brushed my cat Simon today. His thick undercoat of winter fur is falling off all over the apartment. He LOVES being brushed, so he let me do it for awhile and I ended up taking off a great big orange handful.

I am anxious to rejoin a gym soon. Either the YMCA or Pinnacle. Both are steps away from my work. The former has a pool and don’t make you sign a contract. Hmm.

I asked the facilities peeps to re-lower my desk again. Troublemaker! Well, it is their job, and I need to find what is comfortable. I also asked for a kneeling chair. Then I won’t bug them again, I swear!

It’s a nice day today and Brian and I took a long walk this afternoon. We went downtown for a fruitless errand, and came back. I watched the big horsey race and rested on the heating pad. My left sacroiliac is giving me hell. I love saying that word. It sounds comedic.
