Level II Beginner swimming lessons start October 23 and go for eight classes, every Saturday morning at 11:30. Only $65 because we are members at the Y. Brian and I are going to go together, to make up for the fact that we both dropped Japanese like a couple of lamers.
Work is so slooooow today. Nothing to do. Remember when I was totally slammed? Those were the days. My boss didn’t even come in today. So far today I have gone to the gym, eaten some lunch, fooled around, did a little work, gone shopping (went to the Ferry Building farmers market and bought a basil plant), and fooled around some more. And now I am heading to my physical therapy appointment, which happens to be at the ball park. I wonder if I will be able to see any batting practice?
The Giants really gotta win this next series…

I didn’t drop japanese. I emailed mori sensei today to let her know that I’m keeping the class.
BECAUSE YOU ARE MR AWESOME!!
When did you change your mind?
last night when i was thinking about training and the whole ‘keep going’ motto … then i started feeling guilty for skipping training and thinking about dropping class. that’s about the time i grabbed lappy and started working on my budget stuff.
i think dropping Japanese is ok, because well you are planning a wedding and because of your back and all, you can always take it later on…
swimming lessons
I’m glad you are taking on lessons, I always figured your fear had to to with the fact that you could never really touch the bottom, because you were so short. Remember Dr Mackoff? He was very concerned that everyone learn to swim as the best prevention to drowning (barring not going near the water). Love, Mom
