I’m awesome today. I am wearing olive green bootcut corduroy pants, and brought my red corduroy jacket to work. And I also have my brand-new dark orange corduroy handbag, which I purchased for $6 last night at ye Olde Navy. I am fucking fashionable!

Brian and I swam 16 laps today. It was my second day in a row swimming a quarter mile. I love that rubbery dizzy feeling I get right between finishing my swim and sinking into the hot tub.

I wonder when I will start seeing results on my body, though. As in, flab please depart my abdominal region.

We are grilling tonight and having folks over for dinner. By the end of the night I expect to have acquired a couple dozen various hot dog and burger buns. I should just start freezing them, huh. Freezing always helps.

Also having a small dinner party Friday, which means I need to prepare a menu, oh, NOW. Hmmm…
