I got myself all ready to go to the pool this morning for my lesson and my swimming laps, got on the train, took 30 minutes to get downtown, walked up to the Y, only to be met with a sign saying “POOL CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE due to unsafe conditions.”

Dammit.

My guess: some little kid took a crap in the pool. Argh!

Had to turn around and go all the way back home, but I did make a pit stop for milk and cat food.

Now making a huge pot of rice for dinner tonight, and going to watch a silly DVD. Brian is at ninja training til 6pm.
