tonight: 35 minutes cardio, 1 hr pilates
I’m hungry now, really should eat.
Some drunk dude on the train tonight. “I’m trying to get to W____ Arizona,” he said to the tall guy next to me. He reeked of booze. Tall guy told him he was going the wrong direction and he needed to go downtown to BART. Drunk guy fumbled around in his wallet looking for the bus pass “they gave me in jail.” Three stops later, he finally got off. He was only an inch or so from invading my personal space this whole time. I was reminded of the dreams I have had for the past two nights in which I disable someone using taijutsu, whilst on a Muni train.
I hope my two canker sores heal soon.
Make sure you eat something high in protein right after.
Are you monitoring your carbohydrate and protein intake? I’m not saying grams or percentages, but are you keeping it in mind?
Thanks Stephen. Yeah, I am trying to keep it in mind… we REALLY need to go grocery shopping tho, and I plan to do that tomorrow after work. My protein tonight was unfortunately really disgusting frozen fish fillets and a couple ounces of cheese on some wheat thins :p
Rest of my day was good though: scrambled egg, wheat toast with peanut butter, leftover portion of salmon, squash soup, an apple, handful of almonds. Not too bad.
After the gym tomorrow a.m. I’m having oatmeal and a hard-cooked egg. Yum.
And probably never buying frozen breaded fish portions again. Nasty.
Re the canker sores – had them my whole childhood (STRESS MUCH) — then I started taking Brewer’s Yeast tablets (I think it’s 6 a day when you’re having actual sores) – cleared them right up. I haven’t had any in probabaly 15 years.
