This morning: 31 minutes of cardio and various arm and shoulder weight exercises; stretching

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, milk, and sliced banana.

The sky outside is pearl grey and thick. Low-slung clouds. Supposed to rain, but we’ll see.

Our bathroom has been infested with ants for no apparent reason. Nothing for them to eat in there, right? And yet they congregate in ever-increasing numbers. They must be hungry. Here, ants, have some boric acid. Oh, you’ll love it.

Last night I was reading a magazine and found out that Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria has a waist measurement one inch larger than the circumference of my thigh. But I think that says a lot more about her than it does about me, no?
