My new gym bag rocks so hard. At least ten times harder than the incredibly crummy shapeless canvas shopping tote I’ve been using for months and months now. This new bag actually fits shoes! And has zippers! And pockets! It’s absolutely perfect. I think it was designed to be an airline carry-on shoulder bag, so I might use it for that, too, sometime.
See’s candy were in our cafeteria today selling boxes of chocolate at a discount. Bitches. I saw several ladies walk off after buying like 10 boxes of candy.
Mmm cottage cheese.
The weather in SF has been gorgeous this week. I should sneak out for a walk.
Tonight we get to play with our christmas camera! And tonight I definitely need to eat lots of vegetables. Not enough of that today. And it’s hard to get enough protein, I’m finding. There’s a reason why it is the most expensive food group on earth.

Yes, cup for cup cottage cheese is great, especially low-fat (or non-fat if you can stand it). Also egg whites, but I have to have the yolk too, but if you are dedicated you can go 2 or 3 whites for one egg yolk. The other best source is tuna (I go for the chunk or solid white) and of course skinless chicken breasts. There are some good choices, if somewhat limited to fill your day with protein. Love, Mom
