To do tonight:
+ buy bags of ice on the way home
+ clean out the brining bucket
+ make the brine and chill it
+ clear out lots of room in the fridge
To do tomorrow:
+ pick up the fresh organic free-range turkey carcass before work
+ make pie and cranberry sauce
+ start brining the turkey at around midnight or so
+ finish cleaning the dining room
Thursday:
+ prepare and roast turkey (starting at around noon)
+ make corn bread dressing
+ hang out with mom and friends
+ eat dinner and pie
Friday:
+ lay around like a slug
+ go to the movies and/or shopping
