Yesterday I had time to kill before meeting up for drinks with pals. So I went to Banana Republic and looked at some of their stuff. I tried on the winning design from the Project Runway Banana Republic Design Challenge. It was actually damn adorable. I loved the jacket and the dress. Soft materials, cute details, just all around deserved to win. I would have bought it, BUT. It was clearly made for a tall, slim girl. On short legs it just looks dumpy. Sigh. That’s fashion for ya, I guess. If it was made for my proportions, then yeah. I’d be all over it. Oh well.

I want to go to Giants FanFest tomorrow, but I will probably have to go alone. God I’m such a nerd.

This weekend: work on writing, buy cat food, watch hometown football contest, wash unmentionables, housework, go to FanFest and stick tongue out at whiny crybaby Steve Finley.
