he sat back on his heels in a daze, then fell against the wall

April 18, 2006 by Jane

Tonight after work Brian and I went out for Indian food in the Mission with some people from his work. I had a couple of beers and this paneer (cheese) crepe. It was pretty good, though I’ve never had a fried Indian crepe. The sun was setting and it spent some time bathing our table in a large square of blinding light.

Then we went home and I listened to the A’s game and worked on my writing. I’m pretty excited about it right now, yet I feel okay with the possibility that it may not be presentable for many more months.
