We watched “Donnie Darko” tonight — the director’s cut, which I believe has like an extra half hour of scenes. I liked this version a lot; even if it is longer, it feels more fleshed out. I hadn’t seen the movie in nearly four years, so much of it felt new.
What a great film. A classic.
That is one of my favorite movies. “Why are you wearing that stupid man suit?” ha! love it!

I think that a lot of the extra scenes and pages from the old woman’s book were included on the original DVD or the trippy website, but it’s much nicer to see them in the right sequence.
