vanity

November 9, 2006 by Jane

The vanity plates of Virginia:

EW D DAY (my personal favorite, especially as read in the voice of a disgusted, illiterate teenaged girl)

BRATBOY

MAX WAR

WNTRBLWS

BEWAR [followed by handicapped symbol]

We saw about a million more whilst driving between DC and Norfolk.

I later learned what I had suspected — it only costs an extra $10 a year to get one of these things.

    Yeah! They’re dirt cheap.

My favorite at the moment is EAT THE (on a Children First plate).

It’s fun to go to the DMV site and play with your choices.

I’ve decided I don’t like my current plate and will be swapping soon.
