jane watches American Idol, destroys punk “cred” forever

March 6, 2007 by Jane

Blake: Has no lips. Also his “favorite band” is 311, therefore he should be punched in the face. Also he is a tool. Etc.

Sanjaya: Is a very pretty girl, and a very dull singer.

Sundance: Just butchered a Pearl Jam song. Eddie Vedder should punch him in the face, then shave off that ridiculous rodent that lives on his chin(s). Man I hate this guy.

Chris S: Will get votes for his looks, but he sounds totally generic.

Jared: Ditto

Brandon: I like that he can play piano. Seems like a nice guy. Should have picked a harder song. Zzzz.

Phil: There will never be an American Idol named “Phil.” Unless he looks like Jake Gyllenhaal. Phil does not look like Jake Gyllenhaal.

Chris Sligh: I like him the best but we live in a country that (ironically) hates fat people, so who knows if he will get enough votes.

    bad tv

i like blake…for his beat boxing skills. not for his generic hair and tattoos that are horribly placed.

    sanjaya – phil : LOSERS

chris is THE man. he kind of reminds me of john popper from blues traveler.

    🙂

p.s. my LJ is friends only…if you care/want to read about my nonsense, add me back! 🙂

    Flowers, for me

A few years ago, on what I remember as the original jane.org, you posted a pic of flowers in a park, angel park maybe?…it had a windmill and if memory serves, it was one of the first entries that had brian in it, or at the very least one of the first pic entries of brian….

I’m wondering how I can see the pics again, the garden and flowers were beautiful, and it’s almost time to plan the spring gardening, the one i’m most interested in was what looked to be a wildflower garden surrounded by well kept boxwood, can you repost? email if i send it you my address?

too much trouble for somebody you don’t know? lol, i would understand comletely if it were

Were the flowers tulips and poppies, brightly colored? I think I know what you’re talking about. I will look for them on my hard drive at home.

        Re: Flowers, for me

I believe they were, it was hard to tell from the photo, it was an amazing wash of colors and they were long stemmed, i distinctly remember the layout, rectangular, and the boxwood hedging, and the windmill, you were fond of lists, it prompted me to start making my own and i put the park on my list of places to visit, sad to say that list was lost to me and i do not remember the name of it, but like i said i’m fairly sure it was angel park, it has recently been bumped up the list since my almost 3 year old is fascinated by windmills

i appreciate the time you’re taking for me
