Hey, I bought a whole bunch of cucumbers at Costco, do you have any quick ideas of what to make with them?
You could make taziki….
You could shave them into strips and then marinate that with some sugar, white vinegar, lemon juice and sesame oil…..
You could slice them into discs and toss them with olive oil, red vinegar, shaved red onion and dill and eat for lunch after marinating overnight….
