Yesterday when I mentioned getting some pink color in my hair,
I wanted to make it clear that it will look more like
this and this.
Thank god we got that cleared up.

holy crap that stripehead mom freaks my mind. btw, Special Effects is the brand that Ursy and I use. They make a really good pink called “virgin rose.”
Awesome. Is it permanent? I have been going to the same girl for haircuts for like eight years, and she usually has pink or orange in her hair (not to mention two sleeves of tattoos). I’m hoping she’ll mix me up something nice.
It’s not permanent, but it’s a lot better than the manic panic and kool-aid that we had back in the day. She will probably bleach some highlights for you, then the dye is applied to stain the highlights. You can then touch it up at home when the pink gets faded. I touch mine up like maybe every month and a half, and it takes 10 minutes. I’m sure some places in the Hate have special effects.
Anticipating seeing this new colour soon?
Mine was pink and red, various shades courtesy of special effects, done in a salon that I had a giant credit at, when Gaebriel was Wee… Miss it, oh well.
So when are you making this change?
Saturday! I’m excited. I have had highlights done a few times in recent years, but haven’t done rainbow colors in ages. I used to ALWAYS dye my hair, green, pink, red, black, blonde, etc. For that reason it was always pretty short, too.
