We are back home. I loved Juneau, I loved our trip.

The ravens run the town. We watched one pulling the secured lid off a trash can in front of the bakery right before we went to the airport this morning.

Hey, maybe Kings of Juneau could be the title of your novel. Welcome home!
Thanks Marly! I think that ravens would make an excellent cover picture, though I know the writer rarely gets to decide stuff like that.
My other idea was a chocolate easter bunny with its ears bitten off, though that may be considered a bit tasteless. Heh.
