I fucked up my back yesterday somehow so I am staying home today. But the nature of my injury requires movement to feel better and in fact just to feel comfortable, so I need to take a good strenuous walk soon.
It’s definitely muscular rather than discular. I hope.
i’m staying home today too! mostly because we’ve hardly been home for the last few weeks and laundry has built up as well as just a messy house in general. it’s driving me crazy so i called in sick to clean. kind of sad but i’m enjoying my three day weekend in the middle of the week!
your book sounds like it’s really coming along! i’m actually going to take some time today to read some of what you’ve posted here from it today now that i have a few minutes to myself.
