Why craigslist rules: It took me around one hour to sell my BBQ grill. As in, I posted it, I got an email a few minutes later, called the guy, he arrived 40 minutes later and bought it from me for $20.

I didn’t go too far, just bought a coffee, did the crossword puzzle, and finished the book I was reading. Then I came home and cleaned out the freezer!
