I finished reading Hotel du Lac the other day. I actually ended up liking it. It’s so short it’s practically a novella, and yet the author still told a wonderfully descriptive story with very well-drawn characters. Recommended.

Brian is leaving for San Francisco tomorrow morning, quite early. I’ll be driving him to the ferry at around 6:15 or so. Then I will return here and clean the house, and hopefully commence redesigning my website. It is well overdue. Right now all it does is embed livejournal and randomize a photo. I am bored with it. Not only does it need a design overhaul, I need to add more content. I just don’t know what that will be yet.
