Sounds awesome! My brother and I have been trying to think of a higher class menu than ham and mashed potatoes, but for the most part, we’re still clueless. On the Top Chef Holiday Special, they made a pretty neat sounding menu, but the website only has three recipes on there. :/

go look around on epicurious, they have full menu suggestions and stuff.

One year on thanksgiving, I made Indian food (get it??): silken chicken and saffron rice. It was just for me and Brian though.

Epicurious has been in my bookmarks; I’ve just been lazy to look, but thanks for the suggestion!

Haha, Indian food- I wish my family was less traditional (i.e. boring) so that we could make more interesting meals. You always seem to be cooking something nice!
