I have to believe my boy Matty knows this is a stunt campaign and will not actually make a move that would empower the Republican candidate. Then again, maybe he’s that much of an attention whore. I don’t know, I thought he was too smart to place principle that far ahead of pragmatic ability to do good if not absolute good.
This is more about Matt being one of my favorite SF politicians ever — I gave him money for his mayoral run and voted for him — and it lowers my esteem of him that he would enter the circus of this “campaign.”
