We aren’t fond of the name Foxy, so names are being considered.
IF we get her.
A few girl dog names I like: Suki, Nora, Sitka, Lucy.
What do you think?
Obviously we won’t pick until she is ours, if we do adopt her.

I like Sitka. Lucy is adorable, but there will be a lot of other dogs named Lucy at dog parks. That might be a bit irritating.
Lucy is a fairly common dog name and could be a hassle if you bring her out and are trying to get her attention.
Nora is too much of a child’s name. I tend to keep pet names separate from children’s name, so it could just be my personal taste (my pets have names like Kade, Ratso, Poseidon, Pumpkin Jack….)
Sitka is cute.. I really like that. Suki is good too.

our dog’s name is jasmine, she was 6 months old when we got her and already knew her name so we felt wrong changing it even though i feel it’s a weird dog name.
I like the name Sitka
but note well, the first syllable is “sit.”
That could get confusing for her.
