Can’t say the 3-D one isn’t a bit creepy… she’s so small and blind and much like a newborn kitten at this point. But she does seem to have Brian’s nose. I think that giant skull thing is distorted, it looks much more spherical in the regular u/s view.
She looks like a girl already! Very delicate features. Those 3D images are amazing. No, I doubt she actually has Rihanna’s forehead though.
