If I don’t start reading again like I once did I swear my brain will turn into baby food.

I did finish a whole entire book a couple weeks ago, and it didn’t even have any pictures.

I should tackle the Lincoln bio I got at a yard sale two summers ago. No, not the Goodwin one, I already listened to the audiobook.

If anyone is reading this, please recommend a book to me. Thx.

I’m reading! It can be hard to read with little ones. Sometimes I stick with shorter Young Adult novels. Some of the writing is great, and I don’t get discouraged with a long book. Any of the Newbery honorees, lately I have loved “Wonder” by RJ Palacio, “The Perks of being a Wallflower” and “Liar and Spy”.

Zeitoun by Dave Eggers is a great book.

Thank you so much 🙂 Hopefully they are not too pricey on the kindle. If I find I can get them cheaper in used paperback, then I wonder what the point of the kindle is at all…

The book I can’t stop recommending is Let the Great World Spin by Colum McCann. If I owned it, I’d send it to you but I checked it out from the library. It was a book we read for book club and the way that worked was if it was a book I ended up not liking, it was one I had purchased but if I loved it, it was borrowed. Typical.
