Recipe courtesy Alton Brown. It turned out very well. Even Brian liked it, in fact said it was the first meatloaf he ever liked. yay! Served with roasted yukon potatoes tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary clipped from the bush in the backyard today. It’s pouring rain again.
